James Nunn

James Nunn is a British director and screenwriter whose work spans action, thriller and horror cinema. Across eleven feature films, he has established himself as a filmmaker with a sharp visual style, a strong command of tension and a passion for bold, audience-focused storytelling.

His credits include Tower Block, the One Shot franchise, Wildcat and the upcoming creature feature Hungry. Known for combining practical filmmaking craft with high-concept genre entertainment, James continues to build a reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting commercial directors. He is also a Royal Television Society drama award winner and currently has several projects in development as writer and/or director.

James is delighted to join the jury of the Mediterrane Film Awards in Malta.
